Safeguard your well water quality

Homes with private well water should be tested during a real estate transaction and annually. Testing is done to ensure the water is safe to drink and meets the Department Of Environmental Protection standards. Our standard bacteria water sampling tests for E.coli and coliform, which could indicate contamination from a local septic system. We also offer FHA/VA loan water tests which are required by most lenders. FHA/VA samples test for bacteria (E.coli and coliform), lead, nitrates, and nitrites. Due to lab limitations, water testing must be conducted between Monday – Wednesday. The result turnaround time is within three days after the sample is taken.
