ENSURE AIR QUALITY

Certain types of mold can be toxic and cause health complications. We perform full-service mold inspections and indoor air quality testing. Our goal is to pinpoint the source of mold growth, which in most cases is moisture intrusion. We perform surface sampling for any visible apparent mold and air quality tests for airborne mold spores. Airborne mold spores can be in locations that are not visible, such as behind drywall, in bathroom vents, and ductwork. Our indoor air quality tests also measure cellulose fibers, insect fragments, fiberglass particles, and pollen. All of our samples are sent to an accredited lab to confirm mold types and quantities of spores. Any other mold inspection done without proper testing is simply a guess.
